DGHR Consultancy maintains a transparent and fair refund policy for all applicants.

1. General Policy

All payments made for registration, documentation, CV processing, and recruitment services are non-refundable once processing begins.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • After CV submission to employers
  • After interview arrangements are made
  • After documentation or visa processing starts
  • If the candidate withdraws voluntarily
  • If rejected by employer or embassy

3. Eligible Refund Cases

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error
  • Service not initiated by the company
  • Verified internal administrative mistake

4. Refund Request Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing with proof of payment and will be reviewed by management within 7–14 working days.

5. Processing Charges

Even in eligible refund cases, minimal administrative charges may be deducted.

6. Policy Agreement

By making any payment, you agree to this refund policy.
